EVENT DESIGN 

Designing beautiful, unforgettable events is our specialty.

From initial consultation to final execution, our team will work closely with you to create an event that you love and your guests will reminisce about for years to come. 

You can be as involved as you like, walking alongside us for the entire design process or stepping back and leaving the creativity to us. 

How it works: 

  • Book your consultation: We’ll meet in person or online to talk over all of the details of your event. We’ll discuss how you want it to look and feel, as well as the level of design support you need. If you’re not sure yet, that’s okay! We’ll figure it out together.

  • Receive inspiration board and quote: Based on your initial consultation, we’ll develop an inspiration board to help communicate your vision for the event, as well as an estimate for our services. 

  • Confirm your booking: We’ll make any revisions necessary to your quote, and you’ll pay a 50% deposit to secure our design services. Our team will then get to work determining all of the elements needed to make your vision a reality. 

  • See the design details: We’ll build out a full design brief showing you all of the decor items that will be used for your event, including pieces from our inventory, items sourced from other vendors or those that will be custom built for your event. This includes taking care of stationary and florals, both of which can either be done in house or alongside other vendors you’ve already chosen.  

  • Leave everything to us. You have an event to enjoy! We handle everything on the day including setup, coordination with other vendors, and cleanup – so you can focus on making memories.
