Sourcing the decor you need for your design can be extremely challenging at times. Then when you find what you need its all from different places, it’s hard to get ahold of anyone, and sometimes you just need help. Our rentals are all in one place, you can view them on our catalogue or in our showroom/warehouse in Kelowna. Best of all you have our team to help find what you need and come up with tailored ideas. We also design and build custom creations, send us your ideas and we can bring them to life! Then you can enjoy the design process of your event without the stress.

  • We ship our rentals outside the Okanagan! Thats right we don’t just serve our community here in the Kelowna, we also ship all over Canada. Let us know what you would like to rent, where it needs to go, and we can send you a quote. We take care of all the shipping details and management

  • To book rentals press the heart on your favourite items to start a wishlist or send your wants list to rentals@perspectiveeventdesign.com along with whether you need delivery and pick up, the venue, and the date of your event.

    A 50% deposit ensures your rentals and services are officially booked.

    We will coordinate times and any special instructions as we get closer to the date of your event.

    Rental lengths are typically 72 hrs, leaving room to receive the rentals the day before the event and getting them back to us the day after. Longer rental periods are available for extended rates.

Full Design

You want a designer by your side to take care of the details, to make sure that everything is coming together, find everything you need, and take care of the set up and clean up.

This is our specialty, we love to walk along side you for the design process, whether you need a lot or just a little help. Leaving you to make memories in a beautifully created space.

  • THIS is our specialty! Leave everything to us. Book a consultation with us and we talk over everything your are looking for, the feeling you want your guests to have for the entire event, and the reason for your gathering. We then come up with an inspiration page that should give you the same feeling you want your guests to have, along with a rough quote.

    Once you are happy and confident with that, it just takes a 50% deposit of the design and labour fee to book and we start working on the details. We give you a full proposal of the design and the items that will be used, and we work behind the scenes to make sure all the details of the design are taken care of including the stationary, florals, and custom builds. All of which can either be done in house or alongside other vendors you’ve already chosen.

    Then our team takes care of all the setup and take down. Leaving you to enjoy the planning process and the event.

    This package has a minimum spend of $2700 which will usually cover labour and design services. Rentals, florals, and stationary itself is all additional. Our Full Design Clients typically are spending between $7000 and $30,000 on this package. The price all is dependant on the size of event, different spaces within the event to design, and the items used.
